goodngrowth installs and runs an operations system around a coach's existing business. That means we handle two kinds of data: the coach's own account data, and the client records the coach already holds about the people they train.
The data belongs to the coach
Imported client records, check-in submissions, notes and follow-up records remain the coach's property. We hold and process them to run the installed system, not to build anything of our own on top of them.
- Full CSV export is available at any time, on request, without notice.
- You can request an export of your records when ending the subscription.
- We do not sell client data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Operational information
The founding system uses imported roster information, check-in submissions and coach-entered notes and updates. It does not automatically ingest full message histories or complete workout, nutrition and payment histories.
Configured reminders
Check-in reminders use the schedules and rules agreed with the coach. Personal follow-ups and coaching decisions remain the coach’s responsibility.
Connected services
One primary check-in form or supported submission source is agreed during setup. We access the information needed for the configured workflow using the permissions provided. Those permissions can be revoked at any time.
Website enquiries
Contact messages and founding applications are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to joel@goodngrowth.agency. These forms collect the contact details and message you provide; FormSubmit also provides spam protection. Please do not submit private client or health information. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
Questions, corrections and deletion
To ask what we hold, correct it, export it or have it deleted, email joel@goodngrowth.agency. We reply within one business day.
