goodngrowth works directly with owner-led HVAC companies to diagnose and implement a defined customer-operations workflow. This policy covers information submitted through this website and information goodngrowth is authorized to use for an agreed implementation.

Website enquiries

The contact and workflow-call forms collect the contact details, company information, and message you provide. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to joel@goodngrowth.agency. FormSubmit also provides spam protection. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.

Do not send payment details or sensitive customer information through the public website forms.

Implementation information

If you become a client, the written scope identifies the information and system access required for the agreed workflow. Depending on that scope, this may include limited customer, property, job, communication, task, follow-up, or feedback information.

goodngrowth aims to collect and use only the operational information needed for the agreed implementation. An example on the website does not mean the same information will be collected from every client.

Your company’s information

Customer and operational records supplied by a client remain the client’s information. goodngrowth uses them only to provide, evaluate, support, or secure the agreed workflow, subject to the written scope and any separate agreement.

Authorized messages and connected services

Any automated text or email workflow requires explicit authorization, agreed rules, and stop conditions. Any connected service and the permissions required for it are identified during scope. Third-party services have their own privacy practices and may process information under their own terms.

Security and retention

goodngrowth takes reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to what is needed for the agreed work. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Retention requirements for client implementation information are defined by the applicable agreement, legal obligations, and the needs of the scoped service.
