What we provide

The first three founding partners receive a client-operations setup for $500: audit, active roster setup, client profiles, attention rules, check-in, follow-up and onboarding tracking, a standard check-in workflow and one agreed custom client-operations workflow. The founding system covers up to 60 active clients, one coach and one additional team member.

Launch and included support

The 14-day implementation period begins once payment and required client information and system access are received. Customer-caused delays, including missing feedback, pause that timeline. Launch means the agreed attention-queue outcome works: the coach can identify who needs attention without manually reviewing the entire roster.

If an issue on our side prevents that outcome within 14 days, implementation continues at no additional cost. There is no automatic refund promise. The included 30-day hands-on support period starts at launch; monthly billing waits until that period ends.

Monthly subscription

The $99/month subscription begins on day 31 after launch, renews monthly until cancelled, and is locked for the first 12 subscription months for founding partners. There is no minimum contract term or notice period; cancellation can be requested by message. The subscription provides continued platform operation and access; it is not ownership of an independently hosted application.

What the subscription includes

Continued access for up to 60 active clients, one coach and one additional team member. Your daily attention queue, profiles and context timelines, check-in, onboarding, follow-up and promised-action tracking stay operational.

Includes configured attention rules and reminders, your founding custom workflow, hosting, storage, routine backups, standard software improvements, bug fixes, maintenance and automation monitoring.

Receive a monthly operations summary covering overdue check-ins, unresolved follow-ups, onboarding and attention trends, plus one small workflow or configuration adjustment each month. Email or chat support has a two-business-day response target.

Scope and additional work

Your implementation includes our standard check-in workflow plus one custom client-operations workflow built around a recurring problem in your business. Multiple forms, complex branching, unusual schedules or several integrations may use that custom-workflow allowance.

Manual data entry and cleanup, new bespoke integrations, new custom applications, major redesigns, marketing or sales automation, unrelated systems, unlimited consulting and third-party messaging, SMS or API charges are not included.

Additional workflows are $150–$300 to set up. New integrations are quoted separately; major redesigns require a new implementation fee. More than 60 clients or a larger team requires a separate agreement; upgraded plans are not yet offered.

Client decisions and configured reminders

The coach remains responsible for coaching decisions, client context and recorded actions. Standard reminders operate according to the schedules and rules agreed during setup. Information not supplied or connected cannot be monitored. Attention items do not guarantee retention or client outcomes.

Connected services

Supported connections are agreed during implementation. We maintain the configured system, but third-party outages or changes may affect availability. New bespoke integrations and third-party usage charges are separately scoped.
